Who we are

Othyn ("we"). You can reach us at hello@othyn.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

If you ask for a first look: your name, your firm's name, its website and your email address. We use them to prepare and send your first look, and to talk it through with you.

If you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to send, so we can reply.

When you visit the site: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic details of your browser's requests, to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site.

Our lawful basis

Our legitimate interest in answering a request you've made, and following it up.

Who handles it for us

GoHighLevel, where first look requests are kept.

Google Workspace, for email.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site.

Some of these providers handle data outside the UK, under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

If a first look doesn't lead anywhere, we delete your details within 12 months of your request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@othyn.co.uk.

You can also complain to the Information Commission's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
